Some frequently asked questions:

 

How do I get my ashes or inclusions to you & how much do you need?

I ask for a small teaspoon of ashes to be sent securely for me to work with.  
All ashes are labelled on arrival & of course kept safely & separately. 
Any unused are sent back to you in a glass bottle. 
I do ask that if you only have a small amount, that you don’t send all of the ashes or inclusion that you have, just in case they should go missing during the transportation.  This is Extremely rare!. 
I will supply all address details to you once your order is accepted

 

How will my order be returned to me?

All orders are sent back to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery.  These will arrive next day.  The price of this is included in the total price. 

 

How long will my order take?

Order lead times are approximately 4-6 weeks.  Very occasionally they can take a little longer depending on my jewellers’ stock. 

 

How do I know my ring size?

Please ensure that all rings are measured correctly.  You can have this done at a jewellers or can buy ring sizers cheaply online.  As all jewellery is made to order, if a mistake is made unfortunately I cannot offer a refund. 

Do you offer any discounts for multiple items?

Yes I do.  As the service I offer is a truly personal & bespoke one.  We can discuss this during the ordering process.
