All items are made to order. Refunds cannot be given once completed.
Ring Orders - Please ensure that all rings are ordered in the correct size. Replacements & refunds will not be made or given due to wrong sizing.
Returns will only be accepted due to a fault. This is extremely rare as all items are fully checked & only the highest quality jewellery used.
When sending inclusions, please ensure you do NOT send all of your keepsake ashes etc. Sending methods are extremely reliable but not 100% guaranteed.
All jewellery needs to be looked after & all care instructions followed.
